Northernlight’s Senior Management Team met in late 2023 to decide where to establish a new administrative office. After examining several jurisdictions, it has been decided to open the new administrative office in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. This decision was undertaken based on the talent pool, English qualifications, and the ability to travel globally to and from the Dominican Republic.
The organization is currently incorporating a stand-alone company that will be wholly owned by the US administration organization.
This company will provide accounting, legal and compliance services, and
claims management services to the Northernlight group of companies.
The sole purpose of the company is to provide administrative services. It will not be a marketing or underwriting entity.
